General Contracting Service

When you hire us to handle your general contracting service we act as your General Contractor. As your general contractor you get all rights and protection dictated by the California State Licensing Board (CSLB). We will guide you through design and make sure you have a construction ready design, handle all your permits, and assume responsibility for the management and execution of your project. Your only requirements are to make the timely decisions necessary to complete the project according to plans and dictated by your budget. You will be responsible for obtaining funds and making scheduled payments as each phase of work is completed and or hits milestone payment schedules.
