When you hire direct you pay the specialty contractor directly your self. We do not ask for any commission or kick back from our sub contractors.

When you hire our team direct you are in direct contract with that individual contractor we are not involved in the transaction and DIYConstruction does not provide any additional liability coverage for that trade contractor.

Yes. We recommend the team together but you can hire anyone you want.

Yes. We require all of our team members to have proper licensing and insurance coverage.

No. Phone calls are always welcome and are free. Detailed information and a better understanding of your project will require a site visit and may require a consulting fee.

We require team membership fees. These fees pay for the marketing of the team, the management of the team, and promotion. As well DIYConstruction does get paid for our consulting, management and general contracting services.

We will work with the service provider and client to resolve the issue. DIYConstruction will provide a sincere effort to resolve any issue. It is in our best interest that all DIYConstruction team member clients are completely satisfied customers. DIYConstruction does not charge extra for this service and as part or our team member agreement we require all of our contractor team members to provide honest and sincere effort to resolve any and all client issues or be subject to disqualification from membership.

Contact our office and fill out an application. We will need to verify information and referrals. Be prepared we will investigate your application and referrals. We need to know and investigate everyone we hire and becomes part or our team. We recommend you prepare a complete application with good client and trade referrals we can confirm.
